Golf Cart is not locking/unlocking

This happens very infrequently, but sometimes a golf cart is not locking/unlocking. In almost all cases the issues can be solved very easily.

The Eco Planeta IQ GPS has an internal battery, but usually runs out after a couple of hours. So if the Lithium Golf Cart Battery is in sleep mode, you cannot unlock the golf cart. To solve this you have to manually click the power on button on the battery. After the battery is on, you should be able to unlock the golf cart with the Eco Planeta IQ app.

Sometimes a golf cart is parked in a spot where your golf cart and/or your phone has no cell connection. This is no problem, because in this case the Eco Planeta IQ app switches to Bluetooth.

But for this to work, it is important that you have you bluetooth enabled on your phone to make Eco Planeta IQ work.

If you have Bluetooth enabled, but it still doesn't work, it is possible that you are not standing close enough to the golf cart. We recommended to just sit in the driver seat and enable/disable the golf cart. At this distance to the GPS, bluetooth should always work.
