Digital Key not visible in Garage

Sometimes, as a user, you may share a digital key with another user, but that user cannot see the key appear in their garage. This is one of the most common issues encountered by Eco Planeta IQ users, and it is very easy and quick to resolve.

Wrong Email Address

In 99% of the cases the email that was used to share a digital key was misspelled. We advise to copy/paste email addresses as this reduces the error rate.

When you shared a digital key with somebody that already had a verified Eco Planeta IQ before the moment of sharing, you should see a green checkmark in the email field. If this is not the case then you probably shared it with a misspelled email address.

End User has no internet

To receive digital keys on your phone, you need an internet connection. If you have already received the digital keys in your garage, you don't need the internet to unlock or lock vehicles, as the app also works with Bluetooth. However, for the best possible experience, we recommend always enabling both Internet and Bluetooth on your phone.
