I need to login every time I open the app

The reason this happens is that you have not configured persistent login in the Eco Planeta IQ app. This is done for security reasons.
Configure Persistent Login
Login into the Eco Planeta IQ app.
Select Account in the right hand corner below.
Select either pin or biometrics (will use either FaceID or Fingerprint ID depending on device). See below for images.
If you close the app and open it again it will ask for either pin or biometrics to login. Once per couple of days you login token will expire and then you will need to login again with your password.
