How to turn golf cart on?
Please note: The Eco Planeta support team will notify you in the days before the rental if your golf cart is operated with a physical key or the Eco Planeta IQ. We are currently in a transition period, all golf carts will be eventually operated by the Eco Planeta IQ.
Make sure the switch under the seat is on set to RUN.
Make sure the switch on the dashboard is on neutral before turning the golf cart on with the key or with the Eco Planeta IQ app. If you don’t set the dashboard switch in neutral, the golf cart will not move forward or in reverse.
Take the parking brake off by pressing the brake all the way down and let it come back up again. It should be on the same height level now as the GO pedal or just press GO and the parking brake will come off. Some Eco golf carts have an automatic parking brake, meaning when turning the golf cart on with the key and pressing GO it goes automatically off the parking brake.
