LED light description
The Eco Planeta IQ GPS tracker has three lights to indicated what the status of the device is.
Red light
The red light indicates power. If you connected the GPS tracker correctly to the golf cart battery it should be red continuously. If it is blinking or permanently shut off (even after moving the device) please check if the device is correctly connected to the golf cart battery.
Green light
The green light indicates if the GPS tracker has an active connection with 4G networks. If it is blinking, it means that it is searching for a network connection. And if it is continuously green their is an active connection.
Please note that if you golf cart is indoors or in a area with big buildings, mountains or big trees, an active network connection can be lost temporarily or it can take longer to get an active connection. This is similar to your smartphone and is normal. A normal working gps tracker will incur network issues very infrequently in open terrain and good coverage.
If your device is never able to get a network connection in open terrain, but your smartphone is, please contact support.
Blue light
The blue light is continuously blue if the GPS tracker has an active connection with GPS satellites. If it is blinking it means that it is searching for GPS satellites.
