The Vehicle Information Page shows all master data and all features of a specific vehicle. Please note you only see all master data and all features if you have the correct access keys.

Vehicle Information page is accessible by Webapp and Mobile App.

The Master Data includes all vehicle related data:

-Reference: Give your vehicle an name for easy identification. For fleets we recommend using unique numbers that are also visible as stickers on the vehicles.

-Brand, Model, Color: Make sure to register the correct Brand, Model and Color of the vehicle to prevent misidentification. If a vehicle is repainted in another color, please update the color.

-VIN: The VIN number is equal to the chassis number. This can usually found on the manufacturing plate that is placed below the dashboard.

-Manufacturing Date: The manufacturing date is also visible on the manufacturing plate.

-Keyless: If the has the gps installed with relay, you have to set this field to 'yes'. This makes sure that users can enable or disable the vehicles with the access key. If your vehicle has only the gps installed, then you have to set this field to 'no'. This way you prevent users from seeing the enable and disable button that don't work in this setup.

-Battery Type: Battery Type is used to calculate Charging Events based on Voltage.
