Eco Planeta IQ can be used by private consumers and organizations that have organization users. To make these two use cases possible Eco Planeta IQ has three types of user accounts. An Eco Planeta IQ user can only be one type of user at a time. 

Private Users can create an account directly in the mobile app or on iq.ecoplaneta.com. 

Organizations that want to use Eco Planeta IQ should reach out and send us the email that they want to use as an Organization Account. Afterwards the Organization Account can be used to send invitations to team members to join the Organization. These team members will become Organization Users.

We always recommended for recommend for Organizations to request an Organization Account, because that makes managing fleets and team members much easier. You get access to more features and data.

An User on the Eco Planeta IQ platform is a consumer user not associated with an organization. An User can be an owner of one or more vehicles depending on the amount of owner keys it has and if it has an Active Eco Planeta IQ subscription. 

You can use your User account for unlimited driver and renter keys for free and without an Active Eco Planeta IQ subscription.

An Organization Account is the admin user of Eco Planeta IQ inside an organization and can be the owner of 1 or more vehicles if it has an Active Eco Planeta IQ subscription. Each organization has only one Organization User. 

An organization account is free for organizations that use only Rental, Maintenance and Driver Keys.

With an Organization Account you can manage team members besides your vehicles. That way you can for example set up Access Key rules that dictate which team members should receive Access Keys when external users share Access Keys with the Organization.

An Organization User is always part of only one unique organization. One Organization account can have one or more Organization Users associated with it.

To become part of an Organization as an Organization User your Organization should send you an invitation.
